AMM is a technical asset register built for buildings — office parks, malls, residential towers, hospitals, hotels and car parks — not a generic IT inventory tool with buildings bolted on.
Delivered as a subscription service by ClaudeLight — set-up, structure and support included.
A generic asset tracker knows about serial numbers and depreciation. It does not know that a chiller has a refrigerant type, that an escalator has a rise and a step width, or that a property has one — and only one — set of generic technical data. AMM starts with the building followed by its contents / equipment.
Properties, buildings and assets in a single structure your whole team reads from — instead of a folder of spreadsheets per site.
Every asset type has its own form. Ratings, capacities, refrigerants, starter types and pipe sizes have a field to live in, so they do not end up in a remarks column.
A consistent record per asset makes transitions — new facility manager, transaction due diligence, an internal audit — a matter of granting access rather than rebuilding the data.
This is the live taxonomy, not a wish list. Each entry below is an asset / equipment type with a working form in the product today. As per user requirements, additional data fields can be added as part of customisation, and more content / equipment types can be added.
Every asset opens with the same identity fields, so a portfolio is comparable across sites and classes. Below that, each equipment type adds the specifications that only make sense for it.
Usage status is a controlled list — in-use primary, in-use secondary, stand-by, idle, breakdown — so "what is actually running" is a query, not a reading exercise. Asset IDs are checked for uniqueness as you type, within the class.
Asset data is only useful if the people who hold it can get in — and only the people who should. Every organisation sees only its own properties and assets, and that separation is enforced by the database itself — not merely hidden in the screens.
Viewer, editor, admin and owner. Roles are enforced on the server for every action, not hidden in the interface — and nobody can invite someone above their own rank.
Owners and admins invite colleagues — including people with no account yet — by email. The link is single-use, tied to that address, and pending invitations can be revoked.
Membership is checked property by property, so a contractor working one site cannot read the rest of the portfolio.
The same mobile-and-OTP identity that opens the rest of ClaudeLight opens AMM, so there is no second password to manage.
Asset registers get edited by many hands over many years. These are the controls that keep the record trustworthy — all of them in the product today.
These describe the application's own controls. Hosting arrangements — where your data sits, backup and recovery terms — are agreed as part of the subscription; ask us for the specifics rather than assuming them.
AMM is sold as a multi-year subscription, priced on the size of the portfolio. The quote form takes a minute; a conversation takes longer and is usually more useful.
